EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We guarantee a quality product and we try to have photos on our website that faithfully portray our products, with detailed descriptions aimed at exceeding our customers' expectations and minimizing the intention of exchange. If you have any questions about any product, please contact us at email@example.com. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00.
If you still need to exchange or return your product, please contact
firstname.lastname@example.org, put in the subject Exchange or Return and inform the order code and the reason. For exchanges, the period is up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the product. The deadline for requesting the return of the order is 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the order.
Products to be exchanged or returned must be labeled, in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and without any sign of use.
When we receive your part, it will be sent for analysis so that we can certify that the above standards have been met.
Products sent in disagreement with these will be returned and the right to exchange or return lost.
The cost of return or exchange shipping costs are at Customer expenses, unless the error is ours. Instructions will be sent by email.
* If you have registered the wrong address and it is not possible to change it in time before we ship and the order is returned to our address, the return shipping will be at Customer expenses.
Refunds will be made after receipt and analysis of the product in our company.
If the purchase was made by credit card, we will contact the company responsible for the E-commerce transitions and request a refund of the purchase as soon as possible. Once we receive the receipt, we will send it to you.
If the purchase was made by transfer, it will be necessary for the Customer to contact us on our email email@example.com and providing your bank details for the refund to be made. After this step we will send the receipt by email.
* If the products show any signs of use, they will be returned to the Customer and the purchase cannot be reversed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ANALYSIS
In the event of a defect, a claim can be made within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the purchase. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
The product will undergo an analysis with a maximum period of 28 (twenty-eight) days for the solution. If there is no repair of the product or another similar product in stock to replace, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
Martina Medail is exempt from exchanging or repairing any product where misuse has been found.
