What are your delivery methods?
We work with DHL.

What are your delivery times?
In Europe, DHL Express delivery should reach you within 2-3 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

In the rest of the world, DHL Express delivery should reach you within 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

Is there a delivery charge?
Orders within Europe qualify for free delivery over 100,00€. Orders within Europe under 100,00€ have a standard delivery cost of 17,00€.

Orders from non-EU countries qualify for free delivery over 200,00€. Orders from non-EU countries under 200,00€ have a standard delivery cost of 26,00€.

Orders from North America qualify for free delivery over 200,00€. Orders from North America under 200,00€ have a standard delivery cost of 28,00€.

Orders from other parts of the world qualify for free delivery over 200,00€. Orders from other parts of the world under 200,00€ have a standard delivery cost of 34,00€.

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?
All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Martina Medail is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & Amex.

Martina Medail also accepts payment by PayPal, a secure payment method which allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. All you need is your email address and PayPal password.

How do I track my parcel?
In your order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your parcel.

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?
Please contact us on info@martinamedail.com quoting your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
